Maggot

 


     In maggot Ross found out that Jason went to the movie theater with his mom and when Jason came back they made fun of him and keep bullying him and when they were playing football they tackle Jason on the mud.when Ross Wilcox made a song about the teacher he had to choose of snitching or follow the rule they made up. When they had detention they went to the old gym and on of them made fun of Jason stammer problem. Also they found out that a kid kill him self because of the bullying so I assume that he will do the same later in the chapter

                               Souvenir



    This story shows how Jason father is trying to bond with jason. Jason father went to that trip for a conference and took Jason later when they had to eat together his father didn't went so he sent some one else and instead of Jason bonding with his father he bonded with Danny. Then to make time up for Jason he went to fly kite with his and brought him a type of fossil for Jason later when the econter Jason father boss he question if it's a type of fossil instead of Jason father defending his own son he side with his boss this show how he choose some one thats not a relative over his son. He cares what his boss thinks of him. After that Jason think differently of his father.

SPOOKS

                                                                 


       When Jason got a letter to join spooks he was happy and took it very serious. Later he relies  that Dean Moran got a letter too and was surprised that he got it because he's not spooks material. Dean and Jason had to past going through 6 backyard Jason past all of them and impressed the spooks member but Dean fail and fell through Mr Blake greenhouse the spooks member wanted to leave him but Jason didn't so he ignored what they said and went back to see if Dean was ok. The reason I think Jason went back was because he said that he knew Dean wouldn't leave him if he was in that situation. This shows true friendship between Dean Moran and Jason. To me it was a right choice because you don't leave a friend behind no matter what happen. Also he could had end his friendship with Dean because if he chosen spooks over him. Also if he have not go back with dean he could have been seriously injury  and he could have guilty.

                                                       

                                Relatives central idea 

                 In the beginning of relatives Jason uncle came over for a visit like a family reunion. we figure out that Jason wants to be like Hugo because when the mother said there here,Jason took out everything in this room that Hugo might think is girlish. Later when Hugo ask Jason to smoke with him,Jason said no but then change his mind because Hugo kept on encouraging him to do it. Jason smoke thinking he will impressive Hugo. I learn that Jason care what people thinks of him because first he took things down from his room  because Hugo might not have like it or think something about Jason. Then the family ask Jason to read one of his poem he try to act like he dose not  know because Hugo was there and he dose not want him to know he writes poem.But through out the story i learn that Jason try to fit in with other kids and not stick out.

                                                      CHAPTER 2 PART TWO  



                         IN chapter two we saw that Jason goes through problem in school like trying not to stammer in class when the teacher pick on him. The reason Jason didn't  want to answer the question was because he didn't want people to know he had a stammer problem because they'll make fun of him. But Jason knew what the word was nightingale but it had two n and he could sat it without stammering.later Jason  therapist told the teacher that he,Jason, has a stammering problem so then the teacher excuse him from talking or presenting a speech later that day. during this chapter we learn that Jason refer to his stammering problem to hangman because that when he first discover he had that problem. I wonder why could int Jason just talk to her in private instead of making his therapist say it for him. I know why Jason wants to keep it a secret because the kid in the school sounds like jerk. in one chapter i think it was January man he said if they figure out that he made poem that they would beat him up only for writing a poem and publishing it. These are my thoughts on hangman chapter 2.

                         chapter two summary 

               


 IN chapter 2 it started by Jason wanted to know how many valentine's cards his friends. Jason got one new nick got 20 and Neal bores got seven. meanwhile valentine day is happening im guessing the month will be February.in page 25 his mother drop him off to his second appointment to help with his stammer problems with Mrs,DE ROO. Jason like her because she knows whats he is dealing with "she know knows why i'm here so she doesn't make pointless conversation". later Jason has to speak out  in his school the next day. he told his teacher about his problems then she responded by saying "we must all face our demons one day," Jason knew he would stammer a lot if he speak. i learn that stammer is different from stuttering when you stutter your stuck on the first letter but stammer like "st.....mer".this was a summary of what happen on chapter 2 hangman

 

            So we been reading BLACK SWAN GREEN in class the other day and I found it interesting when we review in class lots of questions pop up like "is the father cheating on the mom". The reason they thought of that is because of the phone call. At first I didn't think much of it but then in class one of my classmates said about the father cheating and he had affair with on other person. When Jason pick up the phone in the dad room he heard breathing "they breathed in like they'd cut themselves on paper". And he heard a baby crying in the  background I think if the father actually cheated on the mom he could had have a baby which explains the baby crying in the background.one other thing we talk about was the nickname the kids get at the school and how Jason doesn't like it. The nickname resemble a type a rank if you were popular people will call you by your first name. Jason was lower then the popular kid.i also know that the main character Jason has a stammer problems
